Rules and guidelines for entering the pageant:

1. Must be a Hopkins County resident.

2. Contestants must have reached 16th birthday, cannot have reached 22nd birthday by October 31 of current year.

3. Contestants must be single, never married, never had any children, or had marriage annulled.

4. Entry fee is $55.00. Make checks payable to Hopkins County Fair.
